With the development of modern coke oven technology, the traditional structure of furnace door and furnace frame has been innovated, therefore, casting door bricks come into being.

 

The advantages of new products are including as followings.

Reduce the door thickness of coke oven:

•6% lighter than the same door 

•Increase effective area of coking chamber

 •Improve production efficiency

 

Reduce the heat loss and save energy:

•Outer furnace wall temperature is lower

 •Compared with the same type furnace, the temperature is lower 30 ~ 50 .

 •The thermal conductivity of our door bricks is lower, less than 1.0w/m-k

 

Less noxious gas leakage:

•environment friendly 

•better overall performance

 

Lower the labor intensity:

•More easily to remove the coke  

•Smoother surface with ceramic glaze
